Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Luxembourg)

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier is the competent authority in Luxembourg for the prudential supervision of credit institutions, other professionals of the financial sector, mutual funds, pension funds, venture capital investment vehicles (SICAVs), securitisation bodies constantly issuing securities for the public, stock exchanges, payment systems and securities settlement systems, and operators of payment and securities settlement systems. It also supervises the financial asset markets.

Commission Bancaire, Financière et des Assurances (Belgium)

The CBFA, resulting from the integration of the Office de contrôle des assurances (OCA) within the Commission bancaire et financière (CBF), is, since 1 January 2004, the only supervisory authority of the Belgian financial sector.
